Chaku (चाकु) is a nepalese cuisine made from concentrated sugarcane juice, jaggery, ghee. Chaku may be eaten separately or it can also used in making Yomari ( योमरी).
Chaku is served with ghee and yams during the festival of Maghe sankranti.
We have not mixed any teel (तील ) in Chaku (चाकु).
